For free Discovery Calls, your explicit consent is obtained at booking. For paid Strategy Sessions, GTC processes transcripts on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object to transcription of your call by emailing [email protected] before or during the call; GTC will accommodate objections by refraining from recording that session.

The following clauses apply specifically to members of the GTC Expert Network. By applying to join and participating in the network, you agree to these additional terms alongside all other provisions in this agreement.
Independent experts (those joining as private individuals) contribute in a personal professional capacity, not as representatives of their employer. Their contributions do not constitute advice or positions held by any organisation they work for or are affiliated with.
Corporate Representatives (employed professionals joining as representatives of their organisation) participate on behalf of their employer. By joining in this capacity, you confirm that you hold appropriate authorisation from your employer to participate in the GTC Expert Network and to access and use the field intelligence it provides for your organisation's purposes.
You agree not to share commercially sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information belonging to your employer or any third party in any network communications or contributions.
You agree to declare any conflict of interest relevant to a topic before contributing an opinion or accepting a consultation request on that topic.
Only independent contractors and self-employed members (those who joined as private individuals) are eligible to accept paid consultation opportunities offered through the GTC Expert Network.
Corporate Representatives are not permitted to accept paid consultation engagements through the network. Their participation is limited to accessing field intelligence on behalf of their organisation.
By contributing content (written responses, TopicBoard posts, consultation summaries) to the network, you grant GTC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, adapt, compile, and publish that content in any form.
All GTC digital assets — including but not limited to reports, blogs, newsletters, checklists, and any other materials published through GTC infrastructure or under the GTC brand — are the exclusive intellectual property of Gene Therapy Consultancy. This applies regardless of whether expert contributions informed or shaped the final output.
Access Tokens are awarded for participating in network activities that build your professional profile and contribute value to the community. Access Tokens unlock paid consultation opportunities and can be redeemed against upcoming GTC activities. Access Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
